Photography

So I am an amateur photographer, I think. I don't really know what to think about my photos, I sometimes think there good, I sometimes think there great, and sometimes I have no idea what was going on. I have a digital camera a Canon Powershot S2 IS to be exact, and I love it, I received it for my 18 birthday and I love it. But I'm starting to think I need to go film, I feel I need to get a hold of that and see if I have some actual "talent" so yea or ney people? yea or ney?
My ultimate dream is to be successful at it, open a studio, have a magazine geared to up and coming photographers, anything and everything regarding photography. Let's do this!!!

Gardening Adventures!

I am so excited about this blog, I've made a new promise to myself that I would start blogging on a daily basis, with what my blog is about, new and interesting books, photography, and photographer's that I'm really interested in, cooking and everything involved in cooking, weddings (because even though I had my big day, I'm still addicted to them) recycling and my new favorite gardening.
In fact that's what I'm going to start with, gardening. Jesse and I live on a lot of property that we actually share with our landlords, now to others that might be a little scary to think about but we've had no problems to date, they are really great landlords always there when we need help with the house, experts on hiring pest control (lol) and now gardening partners in crime!

They started a garden about 3 months ago, just with tomatoes and zucchini, they graciously said that we could add to it whenever we wanted if we wanted to and add to it we did.
We added cilantro, lettuce, cantaloupe, banana peppers, bell peppers, and a pumpkin just for fun, we still have some adding to do, we just haven't decided on what though. Jesse is of course working out of town a the moment, so when he was home a couple of weeks ago it was really nice to get all the harder stuff out of the way that could only be done with two people, like getting the bed of his truck filled with soil, digging, and adding the new soil. I don't know what I would have done without him here.
We call it sweat equity! ;)

New Adventure

Hey I'm finally learning how to do this whole blogging thing, this will be my first ever post! Aren't you excited your here?! Geesh I am! lol

So my name is Jessica, I recently got married over the last summer to the beautiful man you see in my profile pic, and cant believe that it will be a year in two months!! Holy Cow!
Anywhoo I have pure bliss with him so I think this is what will be my focus for this blog, being a new young wife, and maybe posting things on here that have helped me in my new adventure, and maybe even for our future. Posting things from, home design on a budget to easy, shpeesy recipes that anyone, even a top-ramen cooker like me, become the home cooker that they need to be. I'am so excited for this new adventure.

I will take you from holidays to road trips we have, new items we purchase together in our new life and even down to what kind of pet we should adopt or raise from a wee-lad. All sorts of things, and in the process of doing so show you how much fun, marriage can be. I think this world is full of marriage-haters, and have every right to be (divorce rate is outrageous in the US) but people should also be enlightened in the beauty in marriage. I'm also obsessed a little with marriage planning, I know I'm crazy my wedding is over with but yet I still find myself looking, and even though I was so happy when my planning came to an end, I still love it.

So hopefully this blog will help newly engaged couples as well!

So sit back, make some tea, and enjoy the journey were about to take!

Peace&Love Jess
